Dispatch and Shipping Policy

All goods  will be sent by Australia Post and sent within 2 days of cleared funds.

If you choose Express Post, this will be dispatched within 2 days.

Goods are covered by Australia Post standard insurance of $500 per item.  If you require more please contact us.

Once goods have been dispatched tracking will be entered into the order and an email sent with tracking.  If no one is home to collect the item the item will not be left it will be taken to the nearest post office

Phones are covered by a 6 or 12 month warranty.  Please keep your proof of purchase and in the event you need to claim warranty:

An RMA number and a label to return the item will be supplied to you.  Please make sure the device is off any clouds and reset.
