Warranty and Returns Policy

Committed to customer satisfaction

All renewed devices sold by Mobile Gear have a 12 month warranty.  Everything is covered under the warranty except water damage and physical damage.

To claim warranty – please send an email to service@mobilegear.com.au to initiate the warranty.

Accessories are covered under a 6 month warranty if they are defective not if they are physically damaged.

Repairs are covered by different warranties depending on the device and the repair.

Return postage is the customers responsibility unless otherwise arranged.

Items being returned due to change of mind or other reasons must be in resellable condition to be accepted and taken off clouds and networks.  Locked devices will not be accepted and willl be returned to the customer.

In regards to any challenges, please email, chat with us on the website, or phone us to discuss, customer service is our top priority and does not end when a sale is made.
